Walk 1 -
Diabaig to Redpoint (7 miles), via Craig (2.5 miles) (14 miles including return)
Fairly easy
but long walk on the coastal footpath starting from the front door to the wonderful beach at Redpoint, via the YHA at Craig.
Provides wonderful views over the Minch, Raasay, and the Isle of Skye
and the Old Man of Storr. Return same way.
Walk 2 - Tigh
Brachen to trig point on Creag an Fhraoich above village - circular walk (4
miles)

Walking over
rough ground to trig point you are rewarded with fabulous views over Upper
Loch Torridon, Diabaig and Shieldaig.
Great place for a picnic with children.
Look out for the
red deer and wild goats! After taking in the views you drop down to pick up
the footpath coming from Inveralligin. See Photo album for more

Walk 3 - Tigh
Brachen to Alligin Shaus - circular walk (7 miles)
From the bridge outside the house follow the
coastal path to Allign Shaus. Wonderful walk giving views of upper
Loch Torridon to Shieldaig. Join the road at Alligin Shaus for a
short distance then follow the path round Loch Diabaigas dropping back
down the hill to return to the back of the house.
Walk 4 -
Upper Diabaig to An Ruadh-Mheallan (5 miles including return)
Nearly from the front door! Drive up the
Diabaig road to the blind summits and park next to the little Lochan.
Walk across rough boggy ground, following the Abhainn Alligin to An Reidh
Choire. Then head directly to
the summit of An Ruadh-Mlheallan on easy, but steep grassy ground.
Although not particularly high it will certainly make you puff, but the
views from the summit are stunning!
